Which cats could be used with the setup pictured above? Hate the smell without them. What would a complete configuration cost (Headers in best stainless, cats, mufllers, exhaust pipes, hangers, etc)?

We could use either the Random TEchs or teh standard ones like what Belanger uses.

I'll get you some pricing in 304 and in 321, given the exhaust temps of a Gen 4 I personally think 321 is the way to go as 304 is limited to about 2-300 degrees below the rating of 304 but a lot of people have used 304 for their Gen 4 headers for a few years now.

Is there pricing differences on 2.5" vs 3", also with or without resonators?

Those of you ordering now should install ASAP and post up more videos!!!

Will the 3" system work with the factory Cats on a 2010 ACR?

Your factory cats have a 2.5 inch out pipe , so for you I would include a 2.5 to 3.0 inch transition, that way if you ever upgraded to a 3.0 header cat back system, you would just remove the transition versus buying a whole new system.

No resonators credits you back $100, 2.5 and 3.0 are the same price, the only difference is a transition piece that bolts to the 2.5 pipe coming out of your cats, this way it is easy to upgrade, with a 2.5 corsa, you have to buy a whole new 3.0 corsa if you want to change, with mine you just drive to exhaust shop and remove a piece of pipe and replace it with a 3" section

Is this $849 total before tax? I am looking to change out my exhaust and get rid of the crossover. Sound clip sounded good!

Kenny,
I have one on the way. As soon as I get it installed I'll post up a few more sound clips.

Those are some new headers I have been developing, Made in America, available in either 304 or 321 Stainless, and in sizes 1 3/4, or 1 7/8

They are being made in for Gen 2, Gen 3, and Gen 4/5

Glad to see 1 7/8" headers available. Quick question. How do you fasten that slip fit interface between the primaries and the collectors? Will those be welded and v-clamp added later?

Andres,

You are right the high HP NA guys and the supercharged cars need a bigger header.

The slip fit is being made to have an adjustable clamp system to hold the slips in place, I am also checking clearance to use a double slip fit like the high end turbo headers have, they are the best.

any dyno #'s on the headers? is there a o/s sensor plug-in

There will be dyno numbers in teh next few weeks, this type of header, long tube merge collector are usually the highest power making headers, so the numbers will be good.

Yes, O2 Bungs in collector for your O2 sensor.

I am in the middle of Installing this Exhaust and removing my Corsa. I have one side done and took a DB rating between the two (Vipair vs Cora). At 2ft both produced 104db at idle but there is no raspy sound from this one like the Corsa. It Produces a much much deeper tone. The weight savings is around 18lbs total system compared to the Corsa. My reson for changing exhaust was for weight savings only. The car is Track only and lighter tends to always be better. Im looking forward to hearing the exhaust after I have the other side installed tonight. Its a good setup and at a great price.

I tried recording the Corsa VS Vipair but the Iphone5 is unable to pick up/record any low bass tones that the Vipair exhaust makes. Seriously its that deep and the rasp of the Corsa is more midrange in the sound spectrum. So when I recorded walking from one side of the car to the other the Iphone makes it sound like the Vipair is quiet and the Corsa is loud (That is definitly not the case :) )

So you aren't making a system for Gen 2, but couldn't we utilize this in the same section and custom fab our own exit piping?
