Some regions charge a fee ($5) if you do not have the VCA badges at a local event.
They pool the money to give to a charity of choice.
The notepad does fit in a Viper glove box and was tested.

Any VCA member can upgrade to Venom using the VCA Membership Portal.

Vipers have glove boxes?
Hmmmm. Couldn't locate it in my 02 Coupe.
But ...... my new 2012 membership renewal notebook/calculator/pen kit did fit perfectly into my Coupe's mesh overhead bin.
And, because the notebook/pen kit is in Viper Red, it matched perfectly with my Viper.
