$30 would be a discount, those weasels are charging $39.95 plus tax. Of course, for a "completist" it is a small price to pay. If you collect them loose, as I do, you can just sell off the extras and even your money - or even come out a little ahead. The Hot Wheels collectors prize the VW Bus from that set and you can generally recover $15-25 of your investment right there. Likewise, you can find the Vipers from the set on eBay (loose) for under $5 for the most part. Happy hunting!
