Judging by the hood, it looks like 2006 width instead of the stepped down width on 08/09.

Thanks guys, the splitter and canards were around $1100 from Performance & Racing Parts | Vivid Racing.

The car is a 2006 and they are factory stripes, except the hood & wing.
