750 to 1000 N/A?! I can see 750 possibly but don't see how you can go above that without power adders. Great headers indeed! How's the spark plug access? A little more detail about how you can make these work for the street would be nice.

Viperbilliam,

These would be the set of our headers I'd recommend for a G5/G4 Street Viper (True long tube merge headers).. Well thought out design for installation and fitment.. Spark plugs clear even on our large diameter primary tube spec.

As far as horsepower goes, Viper in a NA spec has really come along way with the introduction of the streetable 640 HP / 600 TRQ engines in the 2013' G5, so take it to the next level lke the Drag Pack engines did and your already in the ball park..

To achieve hp levels stated upgrades such as these would be necessary, custom fabricated intakes, race ported cylinder heads, high compression ratio's, high lift solid roller camshafts with race lifters, dry sump'd and a set of custom tuned headers is the direction Viper's engine development is going in..:2tu:

Good questions, Thnx

Gentlemen,

Here's an update on our G5/G4 headers. We've completed our fixtures, base headers for testing purposes are fabricated and next stop is at our Engine Dyno appointment.. We're also finalizing our G5 "Track Attack" performance package which will consist of our all new "Deep Dish" G5 Twin Disc Race Clutch and a set of our Track Headers..:usa:

After Dyno testing we'll post the results and start taking orders for our 1st production run. I'll start posting photos of our tig welded 304 SS production header throughout the week as time permits.. The photos posted are from my Ipad and the image quality seems to have gotten diminished a bit during the upload process, so I'll make sure next round is a better resolution.. We're also getting ready to launch our new website next month (May) which will give you a better perspective on our products, machining services and what we specialize in. I appreciate your patience and promise, you won't be disappointed in our quality if you decide to run a BBG product!!

Any questions please feel free to contact me directly @ (916) 505-9026. It's race season so my phones on all the time

Thanks for your consideration!

We're headed to the dyno shortly guys.. FYI it's a busy time right now with race season in full force and the launching of the New Viper, so securing a dyno slot takes alot of effort on all parties involved.. Great news is we have our date set..:2tu:

We'll report back with the results and then start fabricating our 1st production run.:usa:

Thnx for your interests!

Here's what were taking to the Dyno Gentlemen!! As you can see we spent much time designing, engineering and fabricating our G5 modular race header program and we believe they will set the industry standard in quality & performance.. The new G5 Viper is being sold in the same arena as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Austin Martin, Audi and Maserati, so we rose to the occasion and fabricated a Viper Header worthy of the Super Car status quo and for those new nasty Viper racing engines beginning to hit the Tracks!!..:usa: Please note, at BBG we're Viper guys, building Viper parts for the Viper nation..:2tu: "Got Power"

Thanks for your comments!

That is awesome! Would be curious to know what that very same engine does with the ACR-X headers.. Would be a great comparison!

I would also be curious as to how much difference there is between the OEM Gen 4 exhaust that was used, and the OEM Gen 5 exhaust.
