A new technician was unaware that 99% of what PartsRack orders is for VIPER. When she saw our order for "SRT-Specific Harnesses" she went down the list and stopped on the first SRT she encountered. She logged the order for Production Dept, and they built it. When it came back, she checked off the product as what she specified. She sent Bill beautiful HARNESS and hardware for an SRT-4. {Don't call it a Neon!}
They fixed their error in 48 hours and sent new SRT-10 VIPER harnesses. But, you guessed it, NOT THE SRT-10 HARDWARE. The saga should be solved, and I suspect the T.T. owner will attempt to do something to apologize to Bill.
For my part, I wont forget the "-10 VIPER" from my "SRT" orders. THE MODEL MATTERS!
