Hello all,
Finally, thanks to the admins, I got my account approved and able to send some post to you and not only read them as I have been doing thus far.

For the record I own a '95 RT10 which has been slightly modified, but more of that anon :)

Again, Hello everybody from already a chilly Poland :)
Nice to be here

Do you drive your car in Poland ?

I was about to move to Moscow and was strongly discouraged to take my Viper to Moscow. Apparently luxury cars have a tendency to get borrowed permanently.

Aren't you afraid of somebody stealing your car ? Or are you linked to the mob ? :)

Well Rusia and Poland only border with one another and that's about it :)
Besides, if i had a Hummer, other 4x4 or Merc, BMW then I would worry... Problem is that the roads in Russia are so terrible that you'd probably loose your suspension before anybody gets a chance to pinch it ;)

I own a tuning company here in Poland and the name of the company is on the car.
The car originally was red, but after we changed the front bumper and the bonnet, I decided that we'll have to refreshen the car so we sprayed it in company colours.

Some other pics:
Sorry about the quality of the pictures but I took them with a cell phone:

Welcome! Nice to see someone with a Viper in the great country of Poland.

FYI - I lived in Russia for a short time and unless you have the $$$ to have both a guarded garage at your apartment and someone you trust to watch the car if you ever plan to park and leave it... you won't have a car for very long. Russia's a fun place to live for a time but it isn't the safest place to be.

Very true about the roads as well. Especially in St. Petersburg, anything off the main roads in the city center (Nevsky Prospekt) is for the most part un-drivable. Unless you're driving a Lada!! Cause then who cares... it'll just breakdown and die after 30,000 miles anyway.

Holy Nitrous - what shot are you running??

Welcome and thanks for the pics.

Thanks for all the welcome :)

Since we are the distributor for NX here in Poland, we asked the guys from Wichita Falls to make a SX2 system for a 10 cyl engine. Unfortunately there is no "off the shelf" 10 cylinder direct port so we had this one custom build.

At the moment the jets are at the smallest setting and that should give approximately 250 HP shot per stage. Only one stage has been activated thus far. At the time of testing, the time apparatus was not set up as yet, so I don't know what ET did we manage to achieve. However the speed achieved after 1/4 mile was 145 mls/h. Next weekend there is some racing at one of the air strips, hope that we'll see what she can do :)

P.S. Without nitrous we managed to achieve 12,57 ET on normal road Michelin Pilot tyres.

All those upgrades but no short throw shifter??

Bill

You are absolutely right...
No short shift as yet...
There is still a couple of other things missing but getting there slowly b=ut surely :)
By monday should have some new tyres. Maybe the week after that I'll manage to get a short shifter, and finish off my traction control.
Biggest problem is that being so far away from the source of the parts, the prices of the parts double by the time they get here :)
I ordered 2 Nitto tyres now. Paid $160 per tyre, but the freight of the tyres cost me $440 for both. So end of the day I paid $383 instead of $160 per tyre... plus I'll still have to pay VAT and import duty on that...
Not important....

By the way, what kind of impressions do you guys have about Nitto drag radial tyres? I ordered the 315/35/17 size...

Witamy. Ja tez jestem z Polski.

Welcome to our board. Last time I was in Poland I saw one RT/10 in Wroclaw. It looked strange in between all small cars.
