It has been a long winter but I am finally going down to Portland to pick up my baby. I want to start right away on breaking-in the rebuilt motor so I can enjoy the 3,000+ rpm range!

Once again if you are anywhere near the Portland area, stop in at Timberline Dodge and see Ken.
They will not do you wrong!!!

Anyone up for a drive on the 22nd?

Hooray, i'm happy for you Mark and a GEN II motor to boot, that's killer!!

((Related to your PIC)) I just had a baby boy last Tuesday, but doubt he could see over the lap straps at this point. It's sooo cool to finally have a boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take care!!

Dion Congrats on the boy! Your girls are pretty cool too. When I take my 4 year old (Sara) for a ride in the Vipers her favorite comment is "faster Daddy" aren't kids great....

Congratulations Dion!
I will buy the drinks the next time were out. My second son turns 1 on St. Patrick's Day so that's a 3.5 year-old and a 1 year old for me.
Isn't it great? I just love being a father.

I still have my original Gen I motor, it just has been rebuilt. But I have heard a lot of good things about those rebuilt motors being stronger!

Mark, you could take the Beast back to Moses Lake via Thunderhill. By the time you get home, it would be broke in!

Seriously, kids are great. It seems there are a number of us in the WA-VCA with young-uns. Could they get together for play time while we run the track? <grin> My girl is 4 (Daddy go FASTER!), but my son (2) is going through a phase where he won't go near the car when the doors are open.
