Well, at least not today in Kansas City:

Today was probably the first and only day when I didn't miss my Viper totally. Oh sure, I still wish it was nestled in my garage, but there isn't nearly as much fun in that. Instead, I took the Durango GTS for a spin. Wife has the Yukon XL 4x4 and I have this puppy. Not the Viper, but still a lot of fun. BTW, the plates came in for the Viper today: 2WICKED. The plates for the Durango also came in: NEDAV10.

Oh and to keep this topical, has anyone ever driven their Viper in snow? Can't imagine it would even move.

Chris

PS. Be sure to check out the Holiday look of the Kansas City VCA page (link below). Thanks Liz!

Jay - Not to worry, I am ALWAYS careful, especially on the slippery stuff. '4x4' doesn't mean "invincible" as many would like to think...

Liz - Only in Texas would you see antlers, or longhorns, on the front of a car.

Jason - It's the 5.9 V8 (360) with a few minor mods. The whole conversion was done in Indiana. I believe it is an A&A hood, which supplied them for the Shelby Durango.

Wildpig - Careful what you wish for. I got this one to match my Viper and my wife would love to see me sell it. Too loud (great sounding exhaust) and not "plush" enough for her. Sigh... If you really want one, complete with those trick wheels, drop me an e-mail.

Ron - Your guess is as good as mine. Still waiting with fingers crossed!

I've driven in the snow! Only time I've found such slow speed driving fun, sliding everywhere! Great thing was the road was mine, maybe no one realised it had snowed, because they weren't out playing? Took me over half an hour to get back on my drive though...wheel-spinning doesn't heat the rears up to melt snow and get grip!

Nadine: You are such a Viper freak ........ that I bet you have fallen asleep in your Viper while parked in your garage? Right?
