Each individual will be responsible for making their own reservations. Reservations must be made through our Reservation Department by calling 1-800-322-1399 before May 10, 2011.
Each individual must identify themselves with VIPER Club of New Jersey or group code: VVIPER in order to receive the group discounted rate. Resort’s requires a one-night’s room deposit, per room, to guarantee individual accommodations. Reservations that are cancelled less than seventy two (72) hours prior to check-in will result in the one night’s room and tax charge to be forfeited.
Any reservations made after the contracted cut-off date are on a space availability basis at the current rack rate.

Is there only 1 track outing per day? Inquiring minds want to know so they can finalize their plans

There will be more than one outing on the track. Run groups run throughout the day with the races mixed in. NARRA does a great job keeping things on schedule so everyone gets the time they deserve on the track.

Sorry Guys, we forgot to put it on the schedule. It looks like it will be toward the end of the day when most of the track events are over. There is no official time yet. It will be based on how many people sign up, in order to get a time blocked out for us. This track is open to the public that weekend so Karting will be busy. If you are interested in Karting and some of the other Zone Activities, use the registration form and send in a check.

This will be a fun weekend even if the guys do not track their car. You have all kinds of practice sessions to watch for the Dodge Viper Cup, and USGT on Friday. All the drivers and Dodge will be there. Its a great time to meet the celebrity drivers, Ralph Gilles and others. The Friday night cocktail party in AC will be great. The banquet Sat nite will not only be for the Zone but also the awards banquet for the DVC and USGT. It will be hosted by Tom Hnatui, host of Dream Car Garage. He is great. There will be qualifying and hair raising racing on both Sat and Sun. Vipers will be running against Ferrari, Porsche, Corvette and BMW, etc. All the VCA guys can go right down the hot pits and wall. Tom R has karting set up. This will be a fun and exciting weekend and guys who do not track their cars and they should definitely come.

Another reason for strong partifcipation is Dodge is looking at this event as an indication of the strength of the VCA and affinity for the brand. They put up alot of money for the banquet. . Dodge is jumping back into Viper with both feet. As a member of the VCA it would be great to have a very strong showing. It can only help us gain more support from Dodge either directly to local clubs (as they did in this event) and through the VCA."​
