Nothing to lose, So I had to ask the Vette guy

I was out taking pictures today and after the event was over I make my way back to the Viper. I look over and see this guy that drives a Yellow Vette about 40 feet from my Viper, waiting for his ride. Wouldn't that make a cool picture this guy with my Viper. I know the guy drives a red Monte Carlo and the Vette but with nothing to lose I walked over and asked him if he would pose with my Viper. He smiled and said absolutely not. I only drive Chevys. I mentioned I have a yellow IROC Z-28 at home but he still wouldn't pose with the Viper. Oh well. Then his ride came so him and his dog took off.

That looks like Dale Jr. He had a decent finish today here in our back yard, Kansas Speedway. I had to watch, not race, no ride this weekend!

He's real cool over all. Every time I've been with him or around him, he's just one of the guys.

I know he likes anything that is fast, and anything that "jiggles" on the top half! (as long as she looks good)

I'm sure he has a contract issue with DEI and/or Chevy that prohibits him from "posing" with a competitors brand. I know we did, back in the day of racing motocross. If you were employeed or sponsored by Suzuki, they stated in writing you could not be seen or photo'd on any other brand of motorcycle or watercraft, etc...

Don't beat on him too much! He's alright in my book!

Yup, Tim I was there.

As always, if I'm racing or not, I'm there Thursday through Sunday. In and out of the pits etc... I met a new Busch car owner, this race was his first as an owner, gave me his card, maybe an opportunity for later.

Also met a Craftsman Truck owner, same thing, maybe a ride for me in Homestead yet this year...... We'll see.

I was there with a KC Chiefs player and his wife as my guests. Damn, is his wife a hottie! And holy cow is he HUGE!!! My wife thought he was the hottie.

A thought for your calendar project....his wife and one of my Vipers!!!!!!

Thanks for all the nice comments about my wifey.

I won the Wife Lottery, not only in looks, but in personality and demeanor. You know how some hotties know they are a hottie, and you can tell they know they are a hottie, not that way here at all. Even though I tell her she's a hottie that could have a second job as a model, she says she's just a mother of four that isn't worthy of a second look. She's grounded very well.

After 17 years of marriage and 4 beautiful daughters, thank god they look like their mom, it's kinda of like our Vipers, you know how every time we see them, it's like new all over again, it's the same for me with her.

Tim, let's get back to your event and your photo's. Now, post some weekend crash photo's. I know you never miss a crash, it seems like that is all you have of me is crash pic's. Oh, wait, is that saying something about my driving?

Like this from early this year. Me spinning and letting Jack Sprague get by. Damn, sway bar! I was able to keep it off the wall. But that was about the only good thing from that day.

Nothing like having a bad day at work and your buddy, who happens to be a professional photographer, sends you an e-mail that night with this photo in it and says something like, here's a nice shot I got of you today.

Oh, yea, you NEVER miss a tight shirt on a good looking female either! I'm sure you have plenty of those from this weekend you could post here too!
