Oil leak

The saga is over. Bought a new ACR Saturday a week ago. Got home oil leaking everywhere.

They took it in, kept it three days. The pan gasget was cracked, and get this, the rear main seal was put in wrong at the factory.

This car has 54 miles on it. Seems fine now. Hope this isn't indicative of quality control. traded a Porsche C4. Loved that car, but this is more fun.

I believe it about your rear main being put in backwards! I saw a bunch of women assembling the motors at Conner Ave this past summer! They looked like they were in their twenties/early thirties straight from the ghetto of Detroit...standing around talking and assembling motors...scared the crap outta me!!! I didn't see much precision when they were putting pistons in and dropping cranks in the main saddles...need pics? I took a bunch since I couldn't believe my eyes!!!
