When you consider how many Vettes there are compared to the number of Vipers it's not hard to figure out why people think the way they do. Few people see Vipers often enough to know what they look like up close, and half of those people don't care what it is anyway; as long as they don't call it a ricer it doesn't bother me.

The mistakes I've had people make are Lamborghini, a Stealth (3 or 4 times), and "my boyfriend wants to know what body kit you have on your Crossfire".

I just had this happened to me... As I was washing off bird **** off the car, a guy walks buy and says, "Nice 'Vette!" I looked at him, smiled, and went right back to what I was doing... Only I was a bit heart broken... lol
