I want to paint my valve covers to match my Copperhead. Can anyone suggest a paint?

My first thought was to powder coat them, but after searching several threads here seems that is a tricky job.

Check with Mike at XVipers. I think he already has a set done for the Copperhead.

We did ours with high-temp automotive paint (will double check with our painters for brand) and then shot it with clear coat to keep the "VIPER" from fading - holding up great so far!

I got mine power coated and clear coated this spring to match the blower. No more scrubbing the Viper emblem. It was only $20 bucks per cover. Pretty reasonable I thought considering they blasted all the red paint off as well.

Thanks for the replies.

The xvipers option is tempting but if they are running $500 to $600 I think just sending the ones I have out to be done might be more affordable. Negative side of that is then the car is out for the time it takes. :(

Doesn't the base have to be high temp? I'm having trouble locating a high temp copperhead paint.
