Paxton 8-rib belt

The "advanced materials" in the Goodyear Gatorback belt that makes it quiet also allows for increase belt slippage.

You want a Gates belt (Doug Levin has the belt you need) or get the belt fromt Vortech/Paxton

last time i had my car in dougs shop, he changed mine to a new brand that he told me was better. not sure what brand it is but i know he would know if you call him.

Paxton sells a Gates belt #K080495 for about $65. NAPA has them (part# 2578049) for $41. Same belt, says gates on it and the guy at NAPA said that Gates makes most of their belts. Goodyear also has one I think it's #4080495. I guess it depends what brand you want.

8 rib 49.50 inches is how you read the number. FYI

Please don't tell me there is a better one since I just put mine together and changing the belt is a pita
