Well the install is coming along very well now...Ran into some issue here but things are looking good now...

Question number 1 - I've space clearance issues, is this normal on your build? The cooler is hitting the spring thingy on the side...pic below...

Question number 2 - I believe the last guy was running water/**** and nitrous on this kit so I've two extra holes, where do I buy new elbows from? I do plan on running **** so other ones are not a problem...

Question number 3 - Where does this go? I've no idea where I unplugged it from and nothing in my notes that says anything about this hose...it's on the driver side coming in from the rear...

Question number 4 - Where does this hose go? There's two of them, one goes to the line/pipe that attaches to the valve cover but I can't seem to figure out the other one...

Question number 5 - Where does this hose go? This is coming from the hose that connects to both valve cover on the side and I believe went to the stock air box, now I've no idea where it goes...

Question number 6 - Does the Procharger Race BOV bolt directly onto paxton or Is there a clearance issue?

i dont think you will be able to use this hose again. i dont think it can be plugged good enough. id replace it, if it were mine.

the treaded hose is the fuel line, I would a dual **** nozzle setup and use the two holes

My cooler is very close to the hood spring but does not hit it. Have you tried loosening the drivers side intake hose clamp and supercharger hose clamp then moving it over and have someone tighten the clamps back down? This should mover it about 1/4" away from the spring.

Do you have your inner-cooler for your paxton hooked up yet? Those hoses that you have pictures of look kind of like them.

Picture #1: Loosen everything up and try again. Mine is close but doesnt rub.

Picture #2: You can get them directly from Paxton or very likely one of our wonderful site sponsors such as Woodhouse, PartsRack, DLM, VPS, et. al.

Picture #3: Fuel Line. Should go into the back of the intake.

Picture #4: They look like the hoses that run to/from the heater core. If memory serves me right, there should be some steel or plastic lines that they connect to that run along the head.

Picture #5: That hose connects into the PCV valve hoses that run across the engine from valve cover to valve cover. It then connects into a 90* fitting on the Paxton air intake.

I believe the hoses are coolant hoses coming in from the heater core, they go behind the engine on the passenger side. I got ported heads and I m assuming they are from a 00-02 car, the hose hookup on my old head was right there but is someone else on the 00-02, just cant figure out where...

One goes into pipe that runs along the side of valve cover but the other I cannot seem to find where it goes...I'll take pics of whats visible to me...I m assuming it goes to whats circled red but not a 100% sure since that is not where I took it off from on my 97 heads...

Hmm...the heater core hoses on my '01 hook up to two metal black tubes running parallel to the passenger side head. I believe they connect to the water pump. You can see it in this post, it's move up and away in the first pic: http://forums.viperclub.org/2835572-post24.html

On my 97 there's only a single tube that runs to the side...Any close up pics of the metal tube on the 01?

Here's the connection on the passenger side rear. The two heater core hoses connect to the dual tube running alongside the valve cover:

Here's the front of the engine. The tubes connect to the water pump. One tube drops down to the pump while the other one goes around the alternator:

Where does the other tube that goes around the alternator go? I've two tubes coming out of the water pump, one goes to the metal tube along the valve cover while the other goes to the coolant reservoir...here's the pic of the metal tube that runs along and the two water pump hoses...

Make sure that hose is not touching the headers. I had one touching and it burned right threw and made 6" of the hose brittle from the heat.

I'll be using the stock header heat shield along with hose heat shield that I've on order so I should be good there...

I wish I could help you out more but I've only worked on my '01 and I'm not familiar with earlier/later years. You could call Chuck Tator and see if he can recommend making this work with what you have.

Yes, the T-stat housings are different. But that doesn't matter. What matters is that some coolant from the block gets back to the heater core. If you don't have the ******, just connect a 90 deg from the back of the pass side head that has a plug in it and take the coolant out of there. Easy stuff.

While you are there, that hard-line for coolant that runs along the passenger side valve cover that makes it a total PITA to change plugs... change that out for silicone or rubber hose. You'll thank me next time you go to change spark plugs!
