Hi Guys, are there any other alternatives to the PCV grommet #5245322 that is discontinued through Dodge? Specifically, 97 GTS. Thank you.

I just may have one already then! I know I have a couple floating around from my 1970. I will check it out and post a number if it’s on it….thanks!

Your car's grommet has a plastic n ipple inside it to connect an extension hose to the pcv valve. Otherwise, it is standard Mopar. Pop the old grommet out, cut it to get at the n ipple and swap it to the new one. In the photo below, I was tinkering with a larger vent hose idea.

I recently was dealing with the same thing regarding the 90 degree n ipple at the from of my driver side valve cover.
I even contacted Dorman and they don’t have anything with 1/2” female on both sides.
Anyone here have an idea for me?

I found a NAPA P/N that fit on mine (The grommet that goes in the hole in the engine only, no hose barb included):

Napa 630-1039 PCV Grommet

This may be what everyone else is talking about, but not what I need.
I need a 90 degree elbow.
Yours is this:
