Well, here are some pics of my new Stoptech 6 piston front calipers installed (finally):

The rear brakes are now the ST-40 calipers, which are the fronts of most Stoptech big
brake upgrade kits:

If you are planning on upgrading to the ST-60 front calipers, be warned- my 18"
CCW wheels BARELY cleared these calipers. So unless you are running 19s, make
sure your 18s will clear them first. I hope to try them at the track for the first time
next month. Cheers-

Can you post a pic of the wheel installed in the rear to show how much clearance you have?

Here you go:

The rear was actually no problem- almost an inch of clearance. The front was the
issue. Two of the wheel bolts were longer than the rest, and I had to replace them
with shorter bolts in order for the wheels to fit. Less than 1/2 inch clearance in the
front...

You could have used a spacer as well. I did the same thing on my Gen2 and had to use a 1/4" spacer for clearance.
By the way, clean the wheel well area, it looks like crap!!

Sheet, you thought you could flat spot a tire before ! ha ! now imagine how easy its going to be.

Does the 6 piston set up work on the 2001-2002's ? That would be a hot *** set up.
