Drove my new '09 home yesterday. Threw her on the lift to check out the underbelly. While I always enjoy seeing photos of everyone's new rides, I thought I'd post some pics of the car we rarely get a look at. I find this stuff fascinating and understand that I'm most likely in the minority. :)

The differences between my old '99 and the new '09 are pretty interesting. More attention paid to handling the air flow under the car. Brake ducts from the factory!! All the paint dabs, inspection marks, and notations.

Starting from the front:

The belly pan extends all the way back under the rear diff. I love the vent for cooling the differential.

Parking brake caliper is nearly the same size as the rear caliper on the '99!

And finally a shot of the exterior. :D

great pics and nice to see the details that you do not see very often. Good restoration markings.

Thanks for putting up the great photos. Now I don't have to put my own car up on a lift to check it out. I like the 6-spokes too. Nice ride!

Sicko!!:D

On a serious side, I am going to reiterate what others said; that color with those rims looks fantastic.

I think graphite is too dark for black stripes. Silver would look much better in my opinion. Not sure about red.

Not a Gen 4, but it will give you a pretty good idea. My friend's 1300whp TT Gen 2. Unfortunately, he was not allowed to join the VCA forums, otherwise he would post up.
