Pictures of Autoform Hardtop and Spoiler

I got my autoform hardtop and spoiler a couple of weeks ago. I really like it. I love the extra headroom especially when wearing a helmet on the track. I don't have to scrunch down like with the vert top.
I also want to mention how great the folks at autoform are. It took a little while to get but they did a great job.

Looks damn good! Its amazing what a hardtop can do to the vert. I really like how you went with the inlets filled in on the top. Very nice.

On a side note. I think the stock wheels look very good on a Vert, but not as good with a hardtop. Changing the wheels might make a very nice addtion to the autoform parts.

You mentioned track. Are you talking drags or HPDE's. Also Do the tracks allow HPDE's with a hard top? And at the drags do they lower your 1/4 mile times allowed?

I haven't had it on the drag strip. It was for HPDE's. I also have an Autoform roll bar. Purchased for extra safety. I figure it would last a bit longer than the vert top in the upside down position therefore lowering the likelihood my helmet would become a skid plate.
This top is approved for viper day’s events...
It is well anchored, like the vert top, can't see it going anywhere.

Is the Autoform bulky? I guess I'll have to check them out. I'd hate to sell the Vert. I love the open top as well as the family does also. But I think I would like to do some more events.

There are a couple events a year that allow the stock Srt10's. Summit point and one club that goes to Pocono.

I love the Vert as well, wouldn't trade it for the world! The top is less than 50lbs. It takes a bit of fussing to get it on, but it isn't going anywhere. Has a bracket for storage that can even be hung on the wall. To my understanding for Viper Days driving school you either need a roll bar or a Hardtop, and the Autoform is one of the ones approved for the track days.
Check them out, I believe my contact there was Tony. I think he has posted around the forums before.

The finish is just the regular brushed. The new ones come black. Not quite sure if you can get the silver ones anymore. Im sure John B. could answer that one.
