Well, finally got things done. There were a few people who wanted to see how things would turn out. All mods were cosmetic and my goal was simply to give my silver car a hint of color and a little dressing up without being too much. I did the following: GTS Blue dash, calipers, ACR stripe, and emblems; silver roll bars, matte black rear fascia, Hennessey spoiler, MGW chrome dash accessories and I think that is about it. I also installed sound proofing material on the interior when I had everything out--cuts down on hearing all the annoying rocks hitting the bottom of the car--our stupid town "chip & seals" roads... Well, here's some pictures...

Looks great! Just need to paint the rest of the dash and then change the wheels so you can really see the calipers since they came out so good!

And this may be a little overboard, but if someone can photshop it, it would be cool to see. What about painting a blue stripe on the roll bar that follows the line of the one on the body?

The stripe is tape and they gave me extra, so I can do some lining up and put some tape on it and see. Worth a look. It may be hard to do with vinyl--like wraping a basketball with gift wrap?

I would like to do the rest of the dash... I will have to see if I can buy that piece used like I did the others because I want to keep the originals and new ones are pricey. As far as the wheels, that's a tough one because I like those wheels--I maybe the only Viper owner that does...

I'd stop where you are with the dash... the other surround looks perfect in the original black... paint it GTS blue and I think it'll look to "ricey"...... I too like these wheels...they grow on me more every day!

My roadster is GTS Blue...... I have the dash pieces to paint myself.... what did it cost just to paint the dash bezels?

Thanks everyone. I'm sure those aren't the last mods, but they are for a while...

I have to figure out how I made my avatar and add a new pic (along with the 98 I used to own), but I can't remember how I did it... Hey, Italian!!!

I owned an '03 and thought those wheels looked just fine. No, better than that, I thought they looked great. But I did not dare say that in this forum because of fear of the backlash from people with strong opinions and stronger voices.

Very nice. Subtle mods really bring out the silver car. Usually not a far of the silver/chrome roll bars, but looks very good on your car. I REALLY like the blue badging...... So much, I'm thinking of stealin' your mod-ideas and putting black ones on my beautiful viper red.

Lastly, I too have an '03 and took care of those gray OEM calipers........"love the blue".........Wait, that is too close to "love ya blue" (Michigan) and I'm a diehard Texas fan........... Well, ok, my car was assembled in MI :) It's all good.

The car looks great the blue and silver just works well together. Im not a big fan of the wheels I think a six spoke will look killer on the ride.
