Good article but I suppose a guy's definition of "best sportscar" may very.

"its performance on the road is courtesy of the driver's own talents."

That is exactly why it is the world's best sportscar. Until the other manufacturers take all the nanny crap off their "sports cars" they will never be true sports cars. IMO

I agree nanny controls are for garage queens.

And/or the parents of a teenager thats gets the keys when they're out of town.

I lock my keys in a safe. :D Too many time as a kid my friends did that stuff.

Funny, but the more I practice with the cars at the track, the more I agree with you. I actually had a couple of guys spin out behind me (trying to catch me) last weekend at Willow Springs, one was a WRX, the other a Porsche.

Later, a spec Miata was feeling the pressrue and spun in front of me.

Funny how other people in other cars react to our cars. :2tu:
