Explaining Viper things to you
Finding someone that does metal polishing is as easy as the phone book or Google. Finding someone that can do a car part with sensitive surfaces, without damaging said sensitive surfaces...? PRICELESS!

Keep us posted.

If you are referring to the intake exterior, I actually had mine done for $550.00 TOTAL. This is half price and in some cases more than half price of what I was quoted by some reputable Viper specialists on this site. I am extremely happy with the look and it matches my polished s/c perfectly. They really did a nice job. They are in the Houston area, but with a price that cheap it would be worth shipping your intake from anywhere in the U.S. You would still save a ton. Perform some price checks and you will see what I mean. PM me for those that are interested and I can give you contact info.

Polished anything is cool but a PITA. I would recommend powder coating instead. Not as shiny but you maintain it like paint. JMB Performance did this to my intake...as well as other pieces. I beleive this is how the Viper motor should have come from the factory.

I dont think powder coating the intake is a very good idea since it will hold in the heat. From what I have heard is in similar to Chrome that is why most polish it.
