Power steering pulley

I recently replaced the stock pulleys on my 03 SRT-10 with the billet kit from March Performance. As I was driving the other day the belt started
chirping. I immediately pulled over and seen that the power steering pulley was walking off the shaft (thank you Lord that it didnt) I had this pulley
pressed on at a local reputable part store. I do not know what could cause the pulley to to walk off. Any Ideas out there??

Technically you are not supposed to re use the wheel after it has been removed (according to the book) however I know for fact that it does just fine on even a racing environment. So I would be lead to think that the hole wasn't to the same specs as the OEM? Just a guess anyway.

On my GEN II I replaced both pulley and wheel.
