Pulling hard at 100MPH+

FU*K that :laugh: I don't think I *ever* take our SRT/10 out for a spin without getting into triple digits. The Viper is safer @ 100 MPH than plenty of cars are @ 80, and it's not as though there aren't plenty of opportunities to hit 100 without endangering other motorists.

That said, I rarely get above 130 on a public road. That whole speed = braking distance ^2 reality sticks in my mind...

I couldnt believe that mine was still pulling at 170. If it wasnt for the semi about 3 miles ahead of me I would have been able to top it out. DAMN I love my Viper!

Before anyone gives me crap, this was on a nearly empty strech of desert highway, visibility for miles, and I checked the car out throughly (tires, fluids, recent service done). Theres a time and place for this guys. Be smart.
