I would clarify this matter before you move.

In my opinion DC should cover any warranty issues in Europe too - but a corresponding letter from DC is a MUST.

BTW, you should bring the car with you - it will be great fun for you to drive around in Belgium, France, Germany ...!

Service: we have several (not many) ViperTechs in Germany. One is nearby Köln (Cologne) - not so far away from Belgium.

EU warranty: on my car I had a 3 year factory warranty - no extension possible over here!

over here in the UK you wouldn't get any warranty off Chrylser even on a brand new car, personal imports just aren't covered by Chyrsler. Euro cars brought through Chrysler come with 3 years as ViperGTS said, luckily for me.

There was a guy from the California club who brought his red RT/10 over while working, might be worth tracking him down
