Doing the brake upgrade with OEM 14 inch rotors. Having the rotor center powder coated. Anyone have a pic of an ACR wheel with colored ( even black) hat or center that I can look at. Thought I was limited on colors but they can do just about anything. When I dropped them off I told them to do them gloss black but second guessing now. With the stock metal colored rotors it was hard to tell where the wheel ended and the rotor started at the mounting point; colored will show a definite line.

Car is sapphire. Suggestions on color?

I dont have a picture but i painted my hubs black using the brake caliper paint. Made a huge difference and looks very nice. it doesnt stand out at all but eliminates the rust color from the stock rotors :)

Sorry if I'm too late but here are a few pictures of red anodized hats on my old GTS.

How did you prep the hats for painting?

One of the other 'might as wells" while my car is down is getting the rotors and calipers powdercoated "sapphire". We are stripping the calipers down to bare metal and polishing. We will then place a Viper "decal" ( similar to the "viper" already there) and then powdercoat over it. When finished powdercoating, we will remove the "decal" to have a polished "Viper" on a Sapphire caliper. I have eradispeed rotors and will powdercoat the "hats" sapphire with polished SS hat bolts.

"Might as well" place SS brake lines "while your there".....
