quick question about headers (no not which is better)

I got B&B cat back with Roe 3" oval cats and I bought a set of B&B headers and im waiting for them to come back from being extreme jet hot coated (hopefully monday) so my question is how much will the sound change after installing these heads??? and in what way?

Actually the Belangers do look and sound much better. If you jet coat the B&B's they will sound like Prelude with a cold air kit. Not bad if you're into that kind of sound.

no I heard all the Cat backs none with headers

I've got exactly the setup you are describing. Driven right (oooh yeah!) it sounds like a BIG sport bike or a race car. I love it, but if you don't like LOUD, you won't like it.

Like someone else said, it's a little tinnier. I think you'll enjoy the added mid/upper range power - I sure did!

I have B&B headers Jet-Hot coated and complete exhaust. Sounds nothing like rice or high pitched like a Corsa.

Even my V-8 buddies love the sound. Pretty deep for a viper.

and do you know if it did infact give a little more power being jet hot coated?

I'm sure the way your car is built sounds better than most.

The Corsa's I have heard on relatively stock cars seem to "scream" or have a higher pitched sound compared to B&B, Belanger, and Borla. Maybe its just me.

I don't know, BUT!!! I've got a baseline dyno and will be doing another before removing the heads and cam. I'll let you know, but it'll probably be a while.

Prior to having done the headers, if I launched properly in 1st I'd get comfortable grip through until about 5k, now it breaks loose at about 4400
