I ordered a raffle ticket in the first week of August. I was billed on my credit card on the 19th of August but I never received a ticket.
I don't think it is appropriate that I be billed for a ticket if I never received one. This type of action could lead one to presume that he was charged for something that he never received the benefit of. If I was entered in the raffle, there is no way that I would know it and there is really no way for the VCA to prove that I was in fact entered. If the VCA's order deadline did not allow them time to mail out tickets to purchaser's prior to the drawing, the VCA should have delayed the drawing until that could have been done.
I think a reasonable response is that I be refunded my money. I would like some response please. My email address is [email protected].
