Recall on my 99 GTS?

When i had my GTS inspected last month i was told by the service man at the dealership there was a recall for a differential bracket on my 99 GTS. I went ahead and scheduled the repair and had it done. Anyone else had this done? I had not heard of it before. Then again i hadn't checked either.

By my recollection, 1999's and 2000's needed Recall 999...on steering rack.

ALL 1996 (Gen I & II) through 1998 Vipers required Recall 998...steering rack and diff.

I would suggest that you search these forums for more info BEFORE you return to said dealer !!!


Using the last digits of your VIN, search the following Dodge site regarding outstanding recalls:
