ummm, gerry, i think you have me confused with someone else. i dont have a blower, ive never dynoed and yep im confused as too what my redline is, lookin at the tach it could be 6000 but shutoff is 6200, as im programming this gtech pro comp device and i figure that precision counts id like to know which one is more acurate so as to produce the most accurate data.

The fuel-cutoff is at 6200, but it is impractical to run it up that high - your shift points should be ~ 5700 to minimize the power loss at high RPM and to maximize your power peak. I would place the GTech at 6200 - that is the absolute max. the stock motor will rev.

Just my $0.02.

you need to dyno your car to really get an idea of where your power curve falls off. 5700 is a good estimate....

So - from 5500 to 5800rpm daddy's makin bacon

from 5800-6000 daddy's developing a weeze but hanging in there

above 6000 yer daddys yer momma

at 6200rpm momma dies, but the good news is you can wrench another gear and the whole family of 10 springs back to life!

:p
