Hi all,
So in another thread, I was trying to remove my front fascia to get to the overflow tank (currently stuck trying to remove stripped s*c*r*e*w under headlight). So while I was at it, I flushed the cooling system. Long story short, I found out the radiator is weeping, and needs to be replaced.

The radiator is a Ron Davis aluminum radiator. Based on my experience with it, I do not intend to get another one. I found that the OEM part is discontinued, so what (copper/brass) alternatives are left? It seems I can either try to find a used one and have it rebuilt before using it, or get one of the "x2" replacements. Are there any other choices available?

Thanks,
Mike

Personally I would probably buy an OEM genuine one in used condition and have it refurbished to like new condition. But I was perusing the RSI Racing website today for other interests and I saw some radiators. You might check it out, and conduct your own due diligence before ordering.

Good luck.

I just had my 1997 Original Rad rebuilt due to leaking down the Left hand side.
Pain to pull and reinstall but doable.
Viper is now running cooler than ever.
Also, note that I had it rebuilt to original spec. No double/triple row stuff.
