If the graph jumps up and down, it could be wheel spin, which I felt recently on the dyno with Craig Butler's car using 10 PSI and NOS, or it could be bottle pressure, line size, solenoid flow, etc.
If you need help, this is a good place to ask. About a year and a half ago, Joe (PBJ) helped me with my first NOS car (MBN's) which was 900 RWHP and somewhere well over 1000 RWTQ (it's kind of a bummer having a dyno that only goes to 1000).
Craig's car did over 1000 RWTQ also, but had less HP than MBN's at something about like 865-880.
Do you know your jet size and bottle pressure?
