RT/10 Side sill removal?

I have my cat delete kit, went to put it on...

What am I missing? Is there a write up anywhere on removing the side sills on an RT/10? I made the mistake of thinking it was an easy removal...

My drivers cat is SHOT, I need to get it out...

Anyone?

The side sills are easy to take off, I think there held on by 6mm screws along the bottom and top by the front of the sill, or 8mm what ever, thats it. 10 min a side. All most forgot, on the top of the sills by the sill plate there are small round plugs that cover some of the screws, you just pop them off and then remove the screws

I got those... I have aftermarket stainless side sills, and there is one 6mm bolt at the very front of the top of the sill I can't get to...

Unfortunately most aftermarket stainless steel sills are double sided taped on. You will need to remove those sills then buy new 3m tape. Be-careful where you pry so you don't dent up the sill.
