The Saleen Factory is in Irvine, California. Directions are at http://www.saleen.com/corporate/corplocation.htm. There is a car show for a $35. entry fee. You need to be there at 8 AM to enter that.

I went to the last one (the S7 tour) and it was pretty cool if you are a Saleen enthusiast. There are a load of pics from the last event on speedstuff.com under the pictures area.
