Seat adjustments

I was looking at the RT/10 seats ('93) and the passenger side one does not seem adjustable. It will not move forward or back. When moving forward it seems to run into a metal stop on the rails (seems intentional to me). The driver side will move forward and back; however, the seat seems to have another three more notches to move forward, but will not. Is this normal?

What I did on my 94 is, I cut the stops off on the rails and the right seat moves like the left.
