I haven't met one that impressed me yet. I do my own basic service and go to Macedo for more involved stuff.

Since you are in Tampa, I would have your basic service done at Heffners Performance, they are in Sarasota. Jason's shop does top notch work.
I have only heard great things about Macedo, but I am not sure how close his shop is to Tampa, maybe Chuck will chime it with the answer.

I stopped in at Brandon Dodge a few weeks ago just to see my favorate service manager "Jackie". She always took care of me with my Dakota, but I have not had any service work on my Viper done. I really stopped in just to see the reaction I would get..sort of a poor man's gauge of their level of commitment. I asked if they had a Viper Tech that could do a gear swap...they brought some "dude" looking guy out...and actually called me back a few days later indicating they could not do the gear swap but had a recommendation if I still wanted to do it. So long story short, if needed, I will probably give them a try if absolutely necessary (I have the 84/100K standard powertrain warranty anyways so that would be the only reason for using them). I've used Larry Macedo in Orlando for my Eibach/Dyno stuff. No worries there!!!

Larry or Heffner. Both are top notch and both are equal distances from Tampa. Larry usually has Oreo cookies somewhere around.

Jason in Sarasota or Larry over near Orlando. They may both do extensive work, but have always heard both will do basic work ,no sweat. You can't got wrong with either of them.
