Guys:
At VOI 6 I got a part installed to my car that shortened my shifter. The person who did it remeoved the dampening part and installed his own coupling that shortened my shifter by a couple of inches. I've been happy with it, throws are shorter, and shift is more comfortable.

Question is, a friend of mine wants to do the same thing, even though this only cost me about $30, and he is used to thousand dollar upgrades. Does anyone know who might have done this for me? Or maybe the guy who did it will read this post.

Thanks.

VERY FUNNY. Almost as funny as watching your car try and keep up with mine.

I can't help myself - I may need a professional

Any number? The website address doesn't work. Thanks

Greg: I keep ahead of you easy.....as long as there is a pebble in the road, you can't go over 15 MPH.

If I'm correct I got mine from the same guy. He's local to me and he had a few different lengths to shorten it by. I went with the shortest and I'm happy with it

Don't know how to answer that question - I guess yes and no. All parts were bought from Hennessey except for the heads, t&D's, (those were purchased from BTR) and the sparco seats (A buddy got me them). All the rest was purchased there - including the penske suspension. I guess I can't really say that it is, but the power is sure there - and more is to come. I have other mods like the Hennessey airbox (pre carbon fiber, but with enlarged rear section nonetheless), 70mm TBs, headers, exhaust (no cats). All Hennessey.
