No stripes, doesn't need them! If you do them I would do the vinyl so the car is easily returned to original. IMO

Go with white. I have Red/silver (which is clearly the best combo) but I'd prefer if no one else had it. Just kidding, go with what makes you the happiest. They are both awesome.

White, but not a flat white. Go with a pearl white metallic like Lexus or Cadillac whites. That would look sharp!

If you're going with paint (not vinyl), then why not a little of both like Tony-99 mentioned above. White with a light silver pearl and clearcoat would look great.
