You would think a scammer or someone that is misleading his customers would not have a 100% positive feedback on almost 1000 transactions.
It isn't right for him to use pictures other than his own. Should fall under copy rights I believe.

Different scenario in this case I think here, but I have had my eBay account hacked. They figured out my password and used my acct. which has 650+ 100% and tried selling high-end cars.

I acctually had eBay call me and ask if I was really selling the cars. I said NO, they shut it down, and I had to reset my password.

Just my two cents!

ps if he puts YOUR pics back up send me a message, and I will just click on Buy It NOW then give him a good piece of mind after the fact!!

I'm confused at the moment. Are the pictures on eBay right now, of his car or yours? I see a Title with his name which seems to match the tel # he posted, and the background of the car in the photos matches the general landscape of the address associated with the car. I don't see the signs of a scam here; although I am always skeptical. The scams like mentioned above usually direct you to contact the "hijacker" at a free email account, like gmail, yahoo, etc, not a tel # that is traceable to the name and general location shown on the Title.

Has he changed out the pictures of your car for ones of his? We had someone else post a similar thing where the seller was a bit lazy and used photos of an identical car. The seller wasn't trying to deceive, he just figured a White Viper is a white Viper for all you can see in a 500 x 375 pixel picture. I agree that it is the principle of the thing, though, and not right to mislead a buyer.
