Something missing?

While changing the A/C O-rings I noticed an empty hole that looks like something was screwed into it but has gone missing. The hole is on the drivers side, front corner of the engine. Does anyone know what should be screwed into this hole or is it supose to be empty?

kinda looks like something was in there due to looks like a washer mark on the head, but sometimes there is empty threaded holes like that in engines

I just went and checked my engine, 02 GTS, the hole is empty as well......don't know....

I'm just taking a guess here... Aren't those holes where they attach the engine hoist at the factory to lower the engine and tranny into the car?
