The guy is apparently from Mississippi, so I'm assuming it's not Paul's SpiderViper since he's in South Carolina.

My guess would be that his first auction had too low or too high of a reserve and he changed his mind after he listed it. You can't change the reserve (or anything else) once there is a bid on it, but you can cancel it. Bid away on the new auction!

im currently looking for a car but the paint on this one is a bit flashy for me.im sure it will get a bunch of hits but the serious viper buyers are not willing to pay a premium for the paint scheme.remember the lassen viper?

Its painted. Put some 20 inch startech's rims on there with a Doug Levin's stage 3 setup and that would be the ride.
