Some of you may remember back in December i test drove a Srt10, and really liked it. My excitement for it got subdued though, due to the fact i drove a Gallardo and Murcielago right afterwards. Yesterday, i was going through Ebay, and some some really really low prices on the SRT10's. Even though i really want a Murci, or a Gallardo, i cant justify buying a Murci on Maui, as there is no where really to go in it, and the Gallardos are depreciating very quickly. I want to buy something i can drive, and later sell and atleast get most of my money back. What really spearked my interest yesterday, was a white Mamba, which i love. No reserve auction, car was at 58K. What are these cars really selling for? WHat are people really paying for them?

Well doesn't just about everyone? Go on and make your best deal and enjoy the ride. Good luck.

It probably won't sell for that, but some of the 03's are actually getting pretty close! I think it's rediculous that an 02 will bring almost as much as the greatly improved 03! Oh well...

I would question any White Mamba lower than the upper 60 range. I have seen 2 floating around Ebay that KEEP going back on, over and over... who knows what is wrong with them.

There was one white Mamba floating around for awhile that another Dealer pawned off on us as being perfect. Unfortunately the General Mgr. and the Sales Mgr. couldn't keep their stories straight, so when we mentioned it had been painted very poorly the Genl. Mgr said , " Oh, that's impossible, it has been on the showroom the whole time." The Sales Mgr answered the phone the next time I called & when I mentioned we were sending the car back due to damage, he commented, " Well, yeh, it fell off the transport." Gosh, I loved their wonderful lack of communication. Not sure where this car is now, but Mambas do seem to be standing tall , resale wise.

There was a White Mamba advertised in the Sun-Sentinel Newspaper in the Ft. Lauderdale area last week for 79,000. It had 2,500 miles on it. I did not see the car and cannot vouch for its condition.

I'd sell my 03 with 3,800 miles, DC ext. warranty in a second for mid $60's in favor of the mamba. I was never a fan of a white car before I saw the the 2004. If they produced Austin's version of the skunk, I would already have it.
