Asked the Brabus rep. about the wheels at the LA Auto show and he knew almost nothing about them. They are not available in the US yet and probably won't be until after March.
Prices in the US not established as of the auto show according to him.
Went to Brabus in Newport Beach, CA and it was the same story... very little information and no wheels to see in person.

I believe those are Alcon six piston calipers and 14 inch rotors. I also think that Baer racing has this package available for around $6000.
