Starting Issues

I have a 1996 RT/10. Installed a brand new battery. I recently had new contacts put in the starter. When I go to start it, it does not try to turn over. I am just getting a rapid clicking noise. Any help or experience with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

After checking battery voltage ( could be a bad battery...or in need of charging), and checking all connections (battery connectors, battery ground to frame), and those at starter...and still no improvement, you may need to pull starter for testing or replacement.

I am going to recheck all my connections. Make sure they are clean. Unfortunately, I have a brand new battery and just put the starter back in after having it looked over. I didn't know if there was something else I should be looking at.
