strange fluid

i have a 99 gts after a short run i find a trace of fluid behind the front number plate,slightly to the right side looking from the front.After reading other posts i am really concerned about refilling the water system i am so worried i have not driven the car in ages help

sounds like coolant from the over flow, which is located in under the passenger side head light

Check the bottle for a puncture from the fascia screw but hopefully it's just overfilled.

Yes, headlight fluid. Also, don't forget to change the air in your tires from summer to winter air. One more thing, does anyone have a gallon of checkered paint?

If overflow bottle is full, check/replace pressure bottle cap.
