Has anyone heard about OHIO House Bill 191? If this makes it into law you better be very careful how you drive in ohio. They have a lot of reasons why they can seize your car.

I've heard that in Florida, if caught street racing, even just a second gear only blast, both cars can be confiscated. Can anyone verify this?
