Due to State laws, I have to mount a license plate on the front of my 2002 Dodge Viper. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a reasonably priced mounting bracket, that does not require drilling holes into the bumper?

I use the Partsrack front license plate holder and it works great, no holes.

Just got stopped for no front license plate. Service Mgr at dealership I bought it at said "Of all the Vipers we sold, we have only put on one front plate. Because of the nature of the car no police would stop you for no plate, unless he was a "#!@%" ". Funny thing, while he stopped me for the plate a gas friendly import drove by without one. I pointed vigorously, didn't help.

Get the darn front plate holder. Don't give them the excuse to hassle you.

Just ordered one from Partsrack.. thanks for the link all!
