I changed the rotors on my 2008 viper to Girodisc (same as Euroteck).

OEM front rotor wt: 24.8 lbs.
OEM rear rotor wt: 27.0 lbs.

Girodisc: 17.4 (same for front and rear)

Total wt saving for a set of rotors: 34 lbs.

I changed my rotors on my 08 Vert to Euroteck drilled and slotted and weighted them at 17lbs each for a total saving of 35.6 unsprung lbs over the stockers.
Got the 6 spokes wheels from an 09 and measured 17.2 lbs reduction vs the stock 5 spokes, same PS2 tires.
KW2 coilovers suspension, with 18 firmness settings and 1 1/2" of height adjustablility also save 8 lbs total.
Got the 1" lowering kit for the driver's seat wich weighs 8.5 lbs vs the stocker at 13.5 lbs, so another 5 lbs there, I wont do the passenger's seat as my wife is only 5ft.
I also got an Odyssey 925 battery wich weighs only 25 lbs and cranks fine, I also used it for over a year on a SRT8 Jeep.
I've read that Belanger headers save 20 lbs over stock.

On the longevity question I think the Eurotech, Eradispeed/Stoptech, etc. lightweight rotors will last much longer than stock. The aftermarket rotors have better curved vanes for cooling air and look like a much better alloy than the stockers. The aftermarket rotors have slots for antigassing, which may cause the rotors to wear faster since the "non-braking" gas cushion is peeled away from the pads allowing the pads to do their job much better. Better stopping may wear your rotors a little faster (possibly) but the slots and/or crossdrilled holes will vastly improve your braking and if it prevents even one 'little' bump, the rotors have to be worth the few thousand that they cost!
