Did I miss something? What the heck is a superchip? Hopefully it works better than those magnets you stick on the fuel line to gain 20 HP and 5 MPG

I wouldn't use them again. Put one on my cobra mustang and within a couple months it fried the ECU. It was a piggyback ROM that connected to the ECU's test access port. There was no switch to disable the onboard ROM, so it was just overdriving the bus - which was a bad thing to do. The ROM was electrically incompatible and eventually fried the whole thing.

Those guys don't do their homework so I'd recommend against using their stuff.

Yep, that's why we custom-burn chips for our Mustang customers on our dyno. Unless you can mail your car to Superchips for dyno tuning, forget it. Even if you could, it'd be questionable.
We're going to be working on a system for our local customers, mostly to control the overly-rich condition that usually exists from 3,500+ rpm. Stay tuned....
